Laminated  Flooring Production Line(5+5)

Hotjin FPR, the tongue and groove type milling line of new-type laminate

floor and multi-layer wood (bamboo wood) composite floor is of automation

during the whole process. The master machine is of track-through type with

highly intensive U-shaped guide rail, which ensures the operational linearity

and the synchronicity of double rails.

5+5 production line

The front and middle rolling tables are both of stepless adjustable

motor-driven belt conveyance, featuring in simple structure and easy speed

control. Besides, there is photoelectric switch with multi-point control and

several limit switches in the steering storage bin, which ensures the smoothness

and safety of production line.

The feeding process of the whole line is controlled uniformly. If there is any

error, the whole line will stop working, thus improving the safety and reducing

the reject rate. 

Major equipments: front roller table→longitudinal monorail double end milling machine→longitudinal brushing machine→middle roller table→automatic feed

bin→traverse double end milling machine

Major parameters: longitudinal feeding speed: 25-50 m/min;

working width: 120-200 mm; total power: 80KW.

Remark: Performance may be improved by changing local configuration.
