On account of edge banding machine problems and improve product quality,
We put forward the following points:
1.Guide rail: checking guide rail weather flatness before installing, guide rail
should the same as double end,and quenching process£»
2.Machine processing: for outside processing parts,if processed not according to
drawing will be returned,and outside manufacturer is responsible for a certain loss.
For internal parts processing,if processed not according to drawing, installation leader
has the right to return it and reworked. If it can not be processed, client will compensate
all material cost and artificial cost.
3.Bearing: for glue-pot part and belt pulley part will adopt importing skf bearing,
notice not to confuse,bearing installation must be in accordance with installation
technology£»
4.Conveyo rmotor: Don¡¯t hitting when installation!!! Otherwise the machine internal
device speed will be reduced£»
5.Chain:no matter transmission chain or conveyor chain, it should not too tight or too
loose.
